In the 5 years I have been with this company, I have grown in so many ways. Yes, I learned more about an entirely new industry. But more than that, I learned to become a better leader. Some of these were hard lessons, and some were easier. One of the most rewarding opportunities provided our team that often goes overlooked is the access to so much content that will help them grow!
